By Allah’s leave, Hazrat Mahdi (as) will eradicate atheism and materialism all over the world and will be instrumental in the strengthening of people’s faith and in their attaining happiness. Unbelievers will constantly seek to hinder him in this struggle through various difficulties. Hazrat Mahdi (as) will strive against these difficulties for fully 40 years, without ever being recognized; alongside him in this struggle will be a very small number of followers who are exceedingly devoted to him and who devote their lives and possessions to the global dominion of the moral values of Islam. Many of the features of these students with their superior moral values will bear a close resemblance to those of the Ashab al-Suffa, a holy group from among the Companions in the time of our Prophet (saas). The moral values, faith and devotion and obedience to Almighty Allah and Hazrat Mahdi (as) of these followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) are all praised in the hadiths.
“Ashab al-Suffa” is the name given to a group of young people in the time of our Prophet (saas) who emerged from among the Companions and gathered in that part known as the Suffa subsequently added to the northern part of the Masjid al-Nabawi. These young people devoted their entire lives to Almighty Allah, never married, never had families or children, had no passion for rank and position and had no earthly desires, constantly sat beside our Prophet (saas), listened to his teaching and were personally instructed by him.
There will be a great similarity between the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as), the worthy figure who will appear in the End Times, and this spiritual army numbering 400-500 who never left our Prophet’s (saas) side. Because, as can be seen from the hadiths of our Prophet (saas), by Allah’s leave and like the Ashab al-Suffa, the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will consist of young people who devote their lives to Almighty Allah and will never leave Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) side. They will never be worn down by oppression and intimidation and will strive with all their might for the dominion of the moral values of the Qur’an.
Just Like the Ashab as-Sufha, Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) Students Will Be Few in Number and Will Consist of Young People
The followers of the Qaim [Hazrat Mahdi (as)] are young, and there are no elderly people among them. They are as few in number as kohl on the eye or salt in victuals, and salt is the smallest component of victuals. (Seikh Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Numani, Ghaybah al Numani, p. 374)
Another hadith indicating that there will be young people around Hazrat Mahdi (as) reads:
Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) flagman will be a small YOUNG MAN with a slight, yellow beard. (Ibn Hajar al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar fi `Alamat al-Mahdi al-Muntadhar, p. 51)
Just Like the Ashab as-Sufha, the Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Devote Their Whole Lives to the Way of Allah
The most important distinguishing feature of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his students and the Ashab al-Suffa is that they all devote their lives to the way of Allah. They will strive indefatigably on that path, never being caught up by the corruption of the dajjal or tiring in the face of the difficulties placed in their way. Some of these people will abandon their families because of the oppression and intimidation they are subjected to and, just like the Ashab al-Suffa, will take their places alongside Hazrat Mahdi (as). The basis of these fine moral values, praised in verse 54 of Surat al-Ma’ida in the words “do not fear the blame of any censurer,” of course stems from their profound love of Allah, their powerful faith and their submission to Him. These attributes of the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) are described as follows in hadiths:
* Hazrat Mahdi’s (As) Followers Will Have A Very Powerful Faith
The followers of Imam az-Zamaan [Hazrat Mahdi (as)] will not have an iota of doubt concerning Allah, the Allmighty and they will recognize Him as he ought to be recognized... (Al -Bayaan Fi Akhbaar - e -Mahdi Aakher al -Zamaan (a .s.), chapter 5; Mikyaal al-Makaarem, vol. 1, p. 65)
The hadith refers to Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) followers’ depth of faith. Before the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as) in the End Times, philosophies that deny Allah will be widely predominant. For that reason, there will be very few people who truly believe in Allah, fear Him and properly appreciate Him. But the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will harbor a profound and unquestioning belief in Allah. This attribute will attract society’s attention toward them.
* The Spiritual Side Of Hazrat Mahdi’s (As) Followers Will Be Very Powerful
Their [followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as)] souls are bright like lamps and their hearts are lighted as well. (Mikyaal al-Makaarem, vol. 1, p. 65)
The hadith suggests that Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) followers will have highly developed spiritual sides and will be people with deep faith who sincerely turn to Allah. Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be instrumental in these people having a strong love and fear of Allah, and related to this, their human love, nobility and feelings of affection will all be distinguishing features of theirs. The followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be people who have freed their souls of such negative attributes as selfishness, envy, hatred and insincerity by bringing all their earthly passions under control.
* A Great Many People Will Avoid Hazrat Mahdi (as) and His Students
He said: "Look for them at the edges of the world. Their lives are simple, their homes are on their backs, even if present they are not recognized, IF THEY ARE LOST NONE WILL LOOK FOR THEM, IF THEY ARE SICK NONE WILL VISIT THEM, and if they wish to marry none will come to them. If THEY DIE, NONE WILL ATTEND THEIR FUNERALS. They share their possessions equally among them and visit one another’s graves; their wishes are all the same, even if they are in different cities." (Sheikh Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Numani, al-Ghaybah al-Numani, p. 239)
This hadith notes that a great many people will keep their distance from Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his students. So much so we are told that nobody will look for them if they are lost. This is a reference to the negative attitude toward these worthy people on the part of the society to which they belong and their families and relatives. (Allah knows the truth.)
* The students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Closely Resemble One Another and People Looking at Them Will Imagine Them to Be Brothers
“It is as if I see them; They swear allegiance to Hazrat Mahdi (as) as people of THE SAME COLOR AND THE SAME HEIGHT, AND THEIR FACES ARE THE SAME AND THEIR CLOTHES ARE THE SAME.” (Ibn Tawus, Kitab al-malahim wa al Fitan, p.122)
The hadith states that when they go out, the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will wear simple clothes and not be recognized by people. Mr. Adnan Oktar clarifies this hadith thus:
“It is as if I see them.” The hadith says. “They swear allegiance to Hazrat Mahdi (as) as people of the same color and the same height, and their faces are the same and their clothes are the same.” When you look at the students, they resemble one another very closely. They are generally very high-quality and select people. Our Prophet (saas), “they will consist of young people who closely resemble one another. Our Prophet (saas) says that, whether male or female, they will resemble one another so much that people will wonder “are you related?” or “How do they look so much alike?” (20 November 2010, Kahramanmaraş Aksu and Gaziantep Olay TV)
One of the virtues of the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) most praised by our Prophet (saas) is their self-sacrifice on the subject of the dominion of the moral values of Islam. This superior virtue is emphasized as follows in one hadith: They consist of a group, including women, of 314 people. They will overcome all tyrants. Their hearts are like iron, and they are lions by day and devout believers by night. Neither those before nor after them can match them in self-sacrifice. (Al-Uqayli, An-Najmu's-saqib fi Bayan Anna'l Mahdi min Awladi Ali b. Abu Talib Ale't-Tamam wa al-Qamal) |
Just Like the Ashab as-Sufha, the Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Assume Teaching Duties So the Moral Values of Islam Can Rule the World
The Ashab al-Suffa who grew in Qur’anic knowledge by listening to the sermons and teaching of our Prophet (saas) assumed teaching roles in order to transmit the wisdom of our Prophet (saas) to Muslim tribes, to teach the Qur’an and to spread the Sunnah of Rasulullah (saas), and they were sent traveling for those purposes. Just like the Ashab al-Suffa, the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will devote all their possessions and lives so that the moral values of Islam may rule. To that end, they will make use of all the technological opportunities of the End Times. In addition, these young people will also play an exemplary role in the mores of Islam they learn by means of Hazrat Mahdi (as) (their clothing, lifestyles, way of talking, manners, consideration of others, etc) being properly comprehended by all.
* Hazrat Mahdi (As) And His Followers Will Cause The Moral Values Of Islam To Rule The Entire World
Banu Amin narrates about the verse, from Muhammad al-Bakr: “THESE ARE THE FRIENDS OF HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) WHO WILL [SPIRITUALLY] CONQUER THE EAST AND THE WEST IN THE END TIMES.” (The Mahdi in the Qur’an According to Shiite Commentators, Ansariyan Press, Iran, p. 75, August 2008)
* The Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Wage a Struggle against the Theory of Evolution
By Allah’s leave they [the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as)] WILL BRING THE DEAD BACK TO LIFE...(Bihar al-Anwar, Vol. 52, p. 318; Mikyaal al-Makaarem, Vol. 1, p. 148 from Basaaer al-Darajaat)
The followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will compare fossils of dead plants and animals and show them to people; in this way, and by Allah’s leave, they will intellectually neutralize Darwinism and materialism.
* Hazrat Mahdi’s (As) Followers Will Make Use of Technology
Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) followers will have the power to traverse the entire earth within moments. (Mikyaal al-Makaarem, vol:1, p. 144)
Nothing on earth will be hidden to the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as). (Mikyaal al-Makaarem, vol:1, pp. 235-236)
The hadith refers to the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) having easy access to any information they need. That may be by means of today’s Internet. Our Prophet (saas) indicated 1400 years ago that it would be easier and faster to communicate and obtain knowledge, and that Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) followers will make use of that technology.
* The Followers of Hazrat Mahdi (As) Will Cross the Bosphorus Bridge and Travel by Plane
... [The followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as)] WILL WALK ON WATER AND TRAVEL ABOVE THE CLOUDS... (Bihar al-Anwar, Vol. 52, p. 318; Mikyaal al-Makaarem, Vol. 1, p. 148 from Basaaer al-Darajaat)
This hadith narrated from our Prophet (saas) indicates that the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will frequently travel in order to transmit the knowledge they acquire from Hazrat Mahdi (as), that they will be in a constant state of motion, that they will cross the bridge over the Bosphorus for that purpose and will also travel by plane.
* With the Strength Bestowed on Them by Allah, Hazrat Mahdi (as) and His Students Will Be Highly Effective
Hazrat Ali (ra) says: “... ALLAH WILL PROTECT HAZRAT MAHDI’S (AS) FOLLOWERS, HE WILL ASSIST THEM WITH SIGNS AND PORTENTS and WILL GIVE THEM TOTAL VICTORY OVER EVERYONE ON EARTH. Willingly or unwillingly, people will thus enter the true faith. ” (Al-Hurr al-Amili, Ithbat al-Hudat, Vol. 7, p. 49)
* Hazrat Mahdi’s (As) Followers Will Be Very Select
The followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be noble and well educated. (Al-Malaahem wa al-Fetan, p. 205)
One reason why Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) followers being well educated is a distinguishing feature is that people in their day will not exhibit nobility, courtesy or moral virtue. This will make the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) highly select individuals in the society they live in.
Those coming to his side will inevitably be selected, separated out and eliminated. The great majority will not pass this selection. (Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim Nomani, al-Ghaybah al-Nomani, Chapter 12, p. 299)
The hadith notes that many people will approach Hazrat Mahdi (as), but that the great majority of them will be eliminated.
* Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers will be noteworthy for their intelligence and elegant dress
“When you hear that people say that people have appeared from the east, who are highly intelligent and whose dress people look on with amazement, then the shadow of the Day of Reckoning will have fallen upon you.”(Nuaim ibn Hammad, Kitab al-Fitan, -121)
This hadith reported from our Prophet (saas) notes how Hazrat Mahdi (as), who will appear in the End Times, in other words the final age in the history of mankind, and his followers, will be highly intelligent and well-dressed.
By referring to them being ‘highly intelligent’ in the hadith, our Prophet (saas) is noting that Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers will reach the highest possible level of human reason and understanding. Another important feature our Prophet (saas) refers to in the hadith is their elegant dress. The fact that Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers dress in a very different way to other Muslims will be instrumental in Muslims feeling an open or secret admiration for them. The fact that people will form such a good opinion of them shows that Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers will dress in a manner that is different to the traditional style generally employed by Muslims. Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers will gain people’s approval by their spotless and immaculate way of dressing, and will thus also stand out in the community. Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers will show that it is genuine Muslims who possess and deserve to use all the blessings bestowed by Allah in the world, and that dressing spotlessly and elegantly is commanded by Allah in the Qur’an and also represents the Sunnah of our Prophet (saas).
Sincere Muslims Will Love And Appreciate Hazrat Mahdi (a.s) And His Followers In Time
…Our Prophet (saas)... said this: Jibril [Gabriel] told me that, my Ahl al-Bayt [my Descendants] will be oppressed after me. This opression will last until Hazrat Mahdi (as) who is one of them will appear, UNTIL THEIR [HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) AND HIS STUDENTS)] GLORY IS EXALTED AND MUSLIM COMMUNITY WILL UNITE IN LOVING THEM. IN THAT TIME, THOSE WHO REVILE AGAINST THEM WILL DECREASE, THOSE WHO DO NOT LOVE THEM WILL BE DENIGRATED AND THOSE WHO PRAISE THEM WILL INCREASE. [Hidayet Önderleri, Hz. Muhammed Mustafa, (The Pioneers of Salvation, The Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (saas)), 1st Volume, p. 314]
In the End Times; before the emergence of Hazrat Mahdi (as), Muslims will be subjected to severe oppression, violence and suffering. However people will understand that Hazrat Mahdi (as) has come by the successive manifestation of the portents of the End Times. In this period, the names of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers who are devoted to Allah with sincere faith will begin to be mentioned a lot. Their reputation will spread all around the world. Then Islamic community will slowly begin to unite in loving Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his students. But until then cruelty, oppression and maltreatment against Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his followers will continue and there will be those who slander Him. However in time the number of these people will decrease – except for those who repent and change their intentions – and these people will fall into a despicable and inferior position. The number of people who love and praise Hazrat Mahdi (as) will greatly increase in time.
The Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Be Devoted and Obedient to Him in the Same Way That the Ashab as-Sufha Were Devoted and Obedient to Our Prophet (saas) and, Just Like the Ashab as-Sufha, They Will All Live Together
Since the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) are devoted to him in a similar manner to the feelings of love and obedience toward our Prophet (saas) by the Ashab al-Suffa, they will never question his decisions and will always apply them punctiliously. This will be an indication of the depth and genuine nature of their faith in Almighty Allah. The hadiths also indicate that the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will live like the Ashab al-Suffa:
* The Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Raise No Difficulties in the Face of Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) Decisions
THEY WILL BE MORE OBEDIENT AND SUBMISSIVE to Hazrat Mahdi (as) than a slave to his master.( Mikyaal al-Makaarem, Vol. 1, p. 65)
The hadith notes the submission to him of the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as). His students will apply Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) decisions without question and most punctiliously. This will be an indication of the depth and genuine nature of their faith in Almighty Allah. The reason why obedience to Hazrat Mahdi (as) is described as a distinguishing feature in the hadith is that from time to time Hazrat Mahdi (as) will take decisions whose wisdom is not immediately understood. It may be a difficult test for people other than true believers to implement Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) decisions without question. But Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) students will raise no difficulties in the face of these decisions, and will behave obediently and submissively.
* Allah Will Bring the Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Together
Jaffar al Juaffi narrates from Imam Muhammad Ibn Ali al Bakr: "When Hazrat Mahdi (as) appears he will have 313 men and 50 women with him, there will be no previous agreement among them, but they will come together in the same way that different clouds combine in the sky. This is a manifestation of Allah's verse "Wherever you are, Allah will bring you all together. Truly Allah has power over all things."(Bihar al-Anwar, Vol. 52, p. 223)
The hadith notes that the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will not know one another, but that Allah will collect them together from different places. Allah also reveals in the Qur'an that He will bring believers together. Mr. Adnan Oktar explained this hadith of our Prophet (saas) as follows:
“There will be no prior contract between them.” Look. “With no prior contract between them.” In other words, they do not say, “Let us meet and talk” as they have knowledge of one another. “They will come together as different clouds mass together in the sky.” In other words, they will come together, some from Africa, some from Asia, some from Europe and some from Anatolia. This is a manifestation of the verse “... Wherever you are, Allah will bring you together. Truly, Allah has power enough to do all things.” (Surat al-Baqara, 148) In other words, this verse refers to Hazrat Mahdi (as). It refers to the community of Hazrat Mahdi (as). Because these 313 people are dispersed across the world. But Allah will bring these people together. It is very difficult. For example, someone comes from Azerbaijan. People come together from different places and this is determined in destiny. That team existed before they were ever born. The community of Hazrat Mahdi (as) existed even then. A person may be astonished. For example, if you tell a young person from Turkistan “You are in the community of Hazrat Mahdi (as), that is appointed in destiny” he will be amazed. “How can that be?” he will say. Isn’t that right? But he will be made to forget it. Later he will go to different places for various reasons. He will go to Chad and meet someone from Chad. And he will introduce him to someone else. Allah’s means and the system by which He introduces people are very complex and highly detailed. Then you look and see him standing in front of you. He does not know, but Allah encourages him. He does it against the natural flow of events.” (7 June 2010, Adıyaman Asu TV)
* Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) Followers Will Be Made Up Of Those Believers From Whom Allah Takes A Monument In Qalu Bala
Ali ibn Abu Hamza says: Imam Abu Abdullah Jaffar Sadik said: “When the Qaim [Hazrat Mahdi (as)] appears, most people will deny him. Because he will appear as a young major. ONLY THOSE BELIEVERS FROM WHOM ALLAH TAKES AN OATH IN THE WORLD OF SOULS WILL BELIEVE IN HIM.” (Sheikh Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Numani, al-Ghaybah al-Numani, p. 247)
Like All Devout Believers, Hazrat Mahdi (as) and His Students Have Been Given the Glad Tidings of Paradise
“They are modern minded, modest and with fear of Allah. They take no interest in things of this world, but possess faith and spiritual knowledge, .... They are devout believers by night and lions by day. They possess compassion, affection and honor and they struggle against irreligion. They have steel hearts and a powerful faith. They are tireless and strong. They are so indefatigable that if sent against mountains they will pierce and uproot them. They believe in the Truth, obey and submit to the guide (Hazrat Mahdi (as)), are keen to attain Allah, have a passionate love of martyrdom and are trained to withstand dangers and difficulties, ... they have a passionate love of strive for religion and martyrdom. Patience is one of their attributes. Submission is their guide. They have steel hearts and iron will, they pray by night and are determined, and each has the courage of 40 heroes.“(Safi Golpaygani, Montakhab Al Asar, p. 486)
As set out in the hadith, the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) are devout believers by night and lions by day; in other words, at night they will teach and disseminate wisdom, while by day they will move about like lions. They will intellectually uproot such bastions of unbelief as Darwinism and materialism. Each has a passion for martyrdom, feels a great passion for martyrdom on the way of Allah and will burn to reach Allah. Patience is one of their attributes; they do not hurry, but wage an intellectual struggle with all their might for the global dominion of the moral values of the Qur’an. Since submission is the greatest source of their faith they fully submit themselves to Almighty Allah, and they are never alarmed in times of danger, saying, “this is all for the best.”
All the hadiths show that Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) students will spend their whole lives alongside Hazrat Mahdi (as), never tiring, that they will help this holy personage in all his work and that because of their sincerity and purity they will, by Allah’s leave, be rewarded with eternal paradise. (Allah knows the truth):
"Anyone, male or female, who does right actions and believes, will enter the Garden. They will not be wronged by so much as the tiniest speck" (Surat an-Nisa': 124)
Important Statements about Hazrat Mahdi (as) and His Students by Mr. ADNAN OKTAR
* The Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Be like the Ashab al-Sufha
OKTAR BABUNA: We have already mentioned this but there is a group of people among the Companions known as the Ashab al-Suffa. They are very pure Muslims who devote their lives to Allah 24 hours a day, who gather around our Prophet (saas), who never married and had no families or children, who sought no rank or position and were personally instructed by our Prophet (saas). Insha’Allah, the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) will also be like that. Like the Ashab al-Sufha, they will devote every moment of their lives to Allah’s path. They will never leave Hazrat Mahdi (as) and will never be worn down by pressures or difficulties. They will strive with all their might for the dominion of Qur’anic moral values.
ADNAN OKTAR: Hazrat Mahdi (as) also has an Ashab al-Suffa. A small group of young people constantly acts together with Hazrat Mahdi (as). They also leave their families and strive together for Allah, just as it as in the time of the Prophet (saas), insha’Allah. (10 October 2010, Kanal Avrupa and Çay TV)
* Few People Serve Islam with Determination and Fortitude Their Whole Lives, But the Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Do That
“Verse 62 of Surat al-Anfal. Almighty Allah addresses our Prophet (saas): “If they intend to deceive you, Allah is enough for you. He supported you with His help and with the believers.” Some frauds who want to deceive Hazrat Mahdi (as) in the End Times will try to set ruses. Allah refers to this in that verse. Look, He says; “If they intend to deceive you, Allah is enough for you” so they can never hurt you. “He supported you with His help and with the believers.” In other words, what is Allah’s help and with believers? It is the helpers, students and followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and genuine, pure Muslims, insha’Allah, “and unified their hearts. Even if you had spent everything on the earth, you could not have unified their hearts. But Allah has unified them. He is Almighty, All-Wise.” It is genuinely impossible to make friends or brothers of a human society. It is very hard. It is particularly difficult in our age and time to be brothers to the death like this, to give all one possesses for Allah, to give up one’s youth and life. Some people may make sacrifices if there are certain benefits and advantages at stake, and then only for a certain period. But it is very rare to be determined to the death and to serve Islam by giving up one’s life and all one possesses. This verse again refers to the Companions. It describes the Companions, but also the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as). “and unified their hearts.” Allah made the hearts of the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) one. “Even if you had spent everything on the earth” In other words, you could give whatever money you want, whatever means, cars and houses but “you could not have unified their hearts.” They are jealous and envious, they fight and cannot be friends with one another. “But Allah has unified them. He is Almighty, All-Wise. Prophet! Allah is enough for you, and for the believers who follow you..” The aspect of the verse referring to the End Times means, “O Hazrat Mahdi (as)! Allah is enough for you and the students who follow you, for believers.” In other words, Almighty Allah says, let the antichrist (dajjal) attack, let bigots and hypocrites attack, let madness and insanity attack, let Darwinists, communists, materialists and the PKK attack, they will be unable to do anything. “Allah is enough for you,” insha’Allah. “O Prophet! Spur on the believers to fight.” In other words, encourage them to struggle, preach and spread the religion on the way of Allah. In terms of reference to our own century, it means, “O Hazrat Mahdi (as)! Encourage your followers to struggle for religion, train them in such a way that they will defeat Darwinism and materialism, irreligion and atheism, ensure they are taught, use the technology and means of the age and spread the moral values of Islam across the world.” “If there are twenty of you who are steadfast, they will overcome two hundred;.” What is the attribute of the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as)? There are few of them. What was the attribute of the Companions? There were few of them. The People of Badr numbered 313. How many students will Hazrat Mahdi (as) have? 313. Who says this? Our Prophet (saas) How does he say it? Through revelation. Who reveals it to him? Gabriel. Who reveals it to Gabriel? Look, “If there are twenty of you who are steadfast, they will overcome two hundred.” The students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) are overcoming the whole world, the atheist, Darwinist and materialist system in the world, as a very small community, insha’Allah. The followers of Jesus the Messiah number just 1400. The followers of the Prophet Jesus (as). They are destroying the system. Look, by Allah’s leave 1400 people will bring the world to its knees. “And if there are a hundred of you, they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve.” Almighty Allah stresses the importance of quality. In other words, numbers are irrelevant, but quality matters. “because they are people who do not understand..” In other words, Almighty Allah says “they are an ignorant community, with no knowledge and closed to science and thought, that never question or investigate.” (From Mr. Adnan Oktar’s interview on AKS TV and TV Kayseri on 24 November 2010)
* The Students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) Will Be Like a Single Entity with 600 Eyes, 600 Ears and 300 Brains, and Nobody Can Overcome Them
ALTUĞ BERKER: “...They will do anything to harm you, they love what causes you distress”. (Surat al-‘Imran, 118)
ADNAN OKTAR: They will either communicate by their own foolish minds, or address people by word or in writing, or in newspaper columns or television programs or the radio and seek to disturb Muslims by creating verbal or physical obstacles, or various plots, or by trickery. Because satan sets them in motion like the seeds of iblis [devil] to disturb and wear them down, to occupy them and distract them from their own causes. Hypocrites are one another’s friends and helpers. They recognize one another. They support and help one another. The way of the Mahdi (as) is the only entity to oppose them. Rasulullah says, “they are 313 people.” In other words, the students of Hazrat Mahdi (as) are like a single body with 600 eyes, 600 ears and 300 brains. Nobody can overcome that, because there is no such entity in the world. One cannot overcome that. (From Mr. Adnan Oktar`s interview on Harun Yahya TV on 12 November 2010)
