Enoch is the book of the Prophet Idris (pbuh). Some Christians and Jews approve this book. This is an old book but the information in it is bewildering.
“Attentively I surveyed it, and saw that it contained an exalted throne; The appearance of which was like that of frost; while its circumference resembled the orb of the brilliant sun; and there was the voice of the cherubim. From underneath this mighty throne rivers of flaming fire issued. To look upon it was impossible. “ [Chapter 14, 17-19]
For example it reads: “Attentively I surveyed it, and saw that it contained an exalted throne; The appearance of which was like that of frost” in other words it has a metallic looking and it is a vehicle that one can sit in it. “While its circumference resembled the orb of the brilliant sun”, in other words, there are lights around it. We can say this is a car with headlights and taillights. “There was the voice of the cherubim” that is to say the voice coming from a car. “From underneath this mighty throne rivers of flaming fire issued.” You know a car has a combustion chamber. It has an engine and there comes combustion gasses. “To look upon it was impossible.” It drives swiftly. This is an astonishing description. This is a book of 2000 years. Very interesting.”
One great in glory sat upon it: Whose robe was brighter than the sun, and whiter than snow. [Chapter 14, 21-22]
It reads; “One great in glory sat upon it”, upon this horse. “Whose robe was brighter than the sun, and whiter than snow.” This person has put on a white suit and shining like a sun, Insha’Allah.
All these valleys, which were deep, but not side, consisted of a strong rock, with a tree, which was planted in them. [Chapter 25,3]
It reads; “with a tree which was planted in them.” There is an astonishing home with a tree inside.
And all the righteous and chosen shone in front of him, like the light of fire. And their mouths were full of blessing, and their lips praised the name of the Lord of Spirits. And righteousness will not fail in front of him, and truth will not fail in front of him. [Chapter 39, 7]
It reads; “And all the righteous and chosen shone in front of him, like the light of fire. And their mouths were full of blessing,” By saying “Like the light of fire” it is mentioned that Mahdi looks like a fire with flames. It reads “And their mouths were full of blessing, and their lips praised the name of the Lord of Spirits” In other words, they continuously praise Allah and speak of Allah.
The second voice I heard blessing the Elect One, and the elect who suffer on account of the Lord of spirits.
[Chapter 40, 5]
In that day I will cause my Elect One to dwell in the midst of them; will change the face of heaven; will bless it, and illuminate it for ever.
[Chapter 45, 4]
“The second voice I heard blessing the Elect One, and the elect who suffer on account of the Lord of spirits.” So it is mentioned that Mahdi and his students feel pain. “In that day I will cause my Elect One to dwell in the midst of them;” In other words “I will cause Mahdi to dwell in.” It reads; “will change the face of heaven;” It means there are signs in the sky, on the sun, on the stars and on the moon. The hadith says, “there is a sign on the sun”; you know solar and lunar eclipses are mentioned in the hadith. It reads; “will bless it, and illuminate it for ever.” That is to say I will make it blessed forever.
I will also change the face of the earth, will bless it; and cause those whom I have elected to dwell upon it. But those who have committed sin and iniquity shall not inhabit it, for I have marked their proceedings. My righteous ones will I satisfy with peace, placing them before me; but the condemnation of sinners shall draw near, that I may destroy them from the face of the earth. [Chapter 45, 5]
“I will also change the face of the earth, will bless it.” In other words, I will change the face of the earth meaning that the whole earth will change. “and cause those whom I have elected to dwell upon it.” It says that I will give it to Mahdi. “But those who have committed sin and iniquity shall not inhabit it, for I have marked their proceedings.” It says that I will make them ineffective in the world; the ones, who fall into sin and oppose the religion, oppose Islam.
This is the Son of man, to whom righteousness belongs; with whom righteousness has dwelt; and who will reveal all the treasures of that which is concealed: [Chapter 46, 2]
“This is the Son of man, to whom righteousness belongs; with whom righteousness has dwelt; and who will reveal all the treasures of that which is concealed:” This refers to the hidden treasures remaining before the time of our Prophet (saas) in other words it speaks of the holy chest, the relics remaining from Prophet Solomon, Prophet Moses to be discovered.
This Son of man, whom you behold, shall raise up kings and the mighty from their dwelling places, and the powerful from their thrones; shall loosen the bridles of the powerful, and break in pieces the teeth of sinners. [Chapter 46, 3]
“This Son of man, whom you behold,” Here it refers Mahdi. “Shall raise up kings and the mighty from their dwelling places” In other words, powers will be lifted up during his time. “Shall loosen the bridles of the powerful,” You know the powerful ones yoke people; so he will loose this and make people relived. “Break in pieces the teeth of sinners.” Meaning that he will remove the devastation power of the sinners who make harm with their teeth. Mahdi will eliminate their harm.
…They shall deny the name of the Lord of spirits, and shall expel him from the temples, in which they assemble; And with him the faithful, who suffer in the name of the Lord of spirits. [Chapter 46, 5-6]
The way of the dajjal is referred here; “They shall deny the name of the Lord of spirits,” It mentions that the way of the dajjal will deny Allah. “And with him the faithful, who suffer in the name of the Lord of spirits.”; here Mahdi is referred. They will take out the students of Mahdi from the temples in which they gather. In other words, they will take the students of Mahdi from their homes, they will arrest them, and they will take them into custody. Isn’t that astonishing? It is mentioned that the students of Mahdi will be taken from their homes and arrested.
In that place I beheld a fountain of righteousness, which never failed, encircled by many springs of wisdom. Of these all the thirsty drank, and were filled with wisdom, having their habitation with the righteous, the elect, and the holy. [Chapter 48, 1]
Look; “Of these all the thirsty drank, and were filled with wisdom,” You see everyone who listen to them and get the information, fill up with wisdom and knowledge. “having their habitation with the righteous, the elect, and the holy.” Their calls are with elected and blessed.
“In that place I beheld a fountain of righteousness, which never failed, encircled by many springs of wisdom.” It continuously supplies wisdom. “Righteousness, which never failed” Mahdi is righteous. Bediuzzaman mentions that Mahdi is righteous. He says “Righteousness, sincerity, solidarity” “I beheld a fountain of righteousness” There is a marvellous power and righteousness.
A support shall he be for the righteous and the holy to lean upon, without falling; and he shall be the light of nations. He shall be the hope of those whose hearts are troubled. [Chapter 48, 3-4]
“A support shall he be for the righteous and the holy to lean upon, without falling;” That is to say Mahdi will provide support that will never be destroyed. “He shall be the light of nations.” Mahdi will be the light of all the nations. “He shall be the hope of those whose hearts are troubled.
All, who dwell on earth, shall fall down and worship before him; shall bless and glorify him, and sing praises to the name of the Lord of spirits.
[Chapter 48, 4]
“All, who dwell on earth, shall fall down and worship before him;” This means that they will be ineffective. This refers to the collapse of Darwinism and materialism. “Shall bless and glorify him” It is mentioned that they will worship and praise to Allah. At that time it reads; “sing praises to the name of the Lord of spirits” That is they sing songs together.
There shall be neither iron for wars, nor a coat of mail for the breast. Copper shall be useless; useless also that which neither rusts nor consumes away; and lead shall not be coveted. [Chapter 51, 8-9]
“There shall be neither iron for wars, nor a coat of mail for the breast.” In other words, people will not need to protect themselves. No arms will be produced so arm industry will not use iron. “Lead shall not be coveted.” This is so meaningful. Look it mentions that lead will not be coveted. This is a piece of two thousand years revealing all these to us.
“… the pillar of the earth shook from its foundation; and the sound was heard from the extremities of the earth unto the extremities of heaven at the same time. “ [Chapter 55, 4]
“The pillar of the earth shook from its foundation; and the sound was heard from the extremities of the earth” It is mentioned that earthquakes will occur. “The pillar of the earth shook from its foundation.” Here it is mentioned that there will be a shake. “and the sound” in other words the earthquake, “was heard from the extremities of the earth”. In other works the news of earthquakes coming from everywhere. They are heard from the borders of the earth.
But when the time shall come, then shall the power, the punishment, and the judgment take place, which the Lord of spirits has prepared for those who prostrate themselves to the judgment of righteousness, for those who abjure that judgment, and for those who take his name in vain. That day has been prepared for the elect as a day of covenant; and for sinners as a day of inquisition. [Chapter 58, 5-6]
But when the time shall come, then shall the power, the punishment, and the judgment take place, which the Lord of spirits has prepared for those who prostrate themselves to the judgment of righteousness, for those who abjure that judgment, and for those who take his name in vain.” This statement refers to Doomsday as well as to the opponents of Mahdi who will become ineffective by means of law.
Thus the Lord commanded the kings, the princes, the exalted, and those who dwell on earth, saying, Open your eyes, and lift up your horns, if you are capable of comprehending the Elect One. [Chapter 61, 1]
“Thus the Lord commanded the kings, the princes, the exalted, and those who dwell on earth,” In other words He commanded the world leaders. If you comprehend “the Elect one” - that is Mahdi - “open your eyes,”. Meaning, if you notice him open your eyes!
One portion of them shall look upon another. They shall be astonished, and shall humble their countenance; And trouble shall seize them, when they shall behold this Son of woman sitting upon the throne of his glory.
[Chapter 61, 8-9]
One portion of them shall look upon another. They shall be astonished, and shall humble their countenance;” “when they shall behold this Son of woman sitting upon the throne of his glory” This statement refers to Mahdi who has no father but mother. Look; it reads: “Son of woman sitting upon the throne of his glory” In other words, being a spiritual leader of Muslims, Mahdi is the sitting on the throne of Islam. “And trouble shall seize them,” When they see this they feel suffocated.
Then shall the kings, the princes, and all who possess the earth, glorify him who has dominion over all things, him who was concealed; for from the beginning the Son of man existed in secret, whom the Most High preserved in the presence of his power, and revealed to the elect. [Chapter 61, 10]
“Then shall the kings, the princes, and all who possess the earth, glorify him who has dominion over all things, him who was concealed;” That’s to say all of them will bless the Mahdi who is hidden and will accept his spiritual leadership. “For from the beginning the Son of man existed in secret,” It mentions that Mehdi is hidden in any case. He always conceals himself. “Whom the Most High preserved in the presence of his power, and revealed to the elect.” That is to say He shows him only to his selected students. Bediuzzaman also mentions this: "His elect and those close to him will recognize him through the light of belief."(Mektubat, p. 60). This statement is similarly mentioned in this book of 2000 years.
In those days the kings who possess the earth shall be punished by the angels of his wrath, whosesoever they shall be delivered up, that he may give rest for a short period; and that they may fall down and worship before the Lord of spirits, confessing their sins before him. [Chapter 62, 1]
“In those days the kings who possess the earth shall be punished by the angels of his wrath,”. In those days, people who possess the earth, will be punished by the angels of Allah’s wrath.
He shall enlighten every secret thing. Your power is from generation to generation; and your glory for ever and ever. Deep are all your secrets, and numberless; and your righteousness cannot be calculated. [Chapter 62, 3-5]
“He – meaning Mahdi – shall enlighten every secret thing. Your power is from generation to generation.” The generation of Mahdi is coming from our Prophet (saas) and Prophet Abraham (pbuh). Look it reads “generation to generation”. “Your glory for ever and ever. Deep are all your secrets, and numberless; and your righteousness cannot be calculated.”
After this, the name of the Son of man, living with the Lord of spirits, was exalted by the inhabitants of the earth.[Chapter 69,1]
“After this, the name of the Son of man, living with the Lord of spirits,” in other words the name of the Mahdi “was exalted by the inhabitants of the earth.” Meaning everyone will speak of Mahdi.
We see this in the hadiths in the same way:
"Hazrat mahdi (as) will appear, EVERYONE WILL SPEAK ONLY OF HIM, drink of his love and SPEAK OF NOTHING ELSE." (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir az-Zaman, p. 33)
After a herald from the sky has cried out, "Truth lies with the people of Hazrat Muhammed (saas)," love for Hazrat Mahdi (as) will settle in people’s hearts and THEY WILL TALK OF NOTHING ELSE." (Ibn Hajar al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar fi `Alamat al-Mahdi al-Muntadhar, p. 20)
Afterwards my spirit was concealed, ascending into the heavens. I beheld the sons of the holy angels treading on flaming fire, whose garments and robes were white, and whose countenances were transparent as crystal. [Chapter 70,1]
“Afterwards my spirit was concealed, ascending into the heavens.”, “whose garments and robes were white” Here it again refers to the Mahdi. “Whose countenances were transparent as crystal.” Their faces are clean and full of light. It refers to the faces of the Mahdi and his students. Look it reads here; “transparent as crystal.”
Then the Seraphim, the Cherubim, and Ophanin surrounded it: these are those who never sleep, but watch the throne of his glory. [Chapter 70, 9]
“Then the Seraphim, the Cherubim, and Ophanin surrounded it: these are those who never sleep, but watch the throne of his glory.” Also in the hadiths, our Prophet Muhammad (saas) says that Mikhail and Jibrail are protecting Mahdi:
“…His (Hazrat Mahdi) helpers will be from Yemen and Damascus. Jibrail will be before them, and Mikhail behind.” (al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar, p. 47)
JIBRAIL WILL BE BEFORE HIM, MIKAIL TO HIS RIGHT AND ISRAFIL ON HIS LEFT. And fear will go before him, from his right and from his left on a monthly path. Angels close (to Allah) will be on his level... (Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim Nomani, al-Ghaybah al-Nomani, p. 274)
“Allah will support him with three thousand angels.” (al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar, p. 41)
Look; it reads: “these are those who never sleep, but watch the throne of his glory.” The angels never sleep. They continuously protect Mahdi. This is described in detail, very meaningful.
Enoch is known as the book of Prophet Idris (pbuh). There are two books as Enoch 1 and Enoch 2. The language of Enoch 1 is in Ge’ez language, which was in fact the formal language of King of Aksum in Abyssinia. This language was formed by the differentiation of Sami letters according to the vocals. British explorer James Bruce discovered this language at Abyssinian monastery. Two authors translated the books at different times. May be this cannot be counted as a complete proof but it is definitely bewildering that a book of 2000 years mentioning Mahdi in such a detailed way!
